Pilates for Scoliosis

I have been following the exercises in this video for the past five years. They have helped me deal with the back pain that my scoliosis brings, allowing me to remain active. Jessica does a great job in explaining how to do each exercise and giving you tips and tricks to make sure that your posture is correct. She also gives modifications for each of the harder movements, as some people with more severe scoliosis might struggle to do some of the poses as they require a lot of flexibility. I love the inclusion and consideration she has integrated into these exercises, ensuring that everyone will be able to follow them.
